Campsite availability is limited. To our current guests, if you are requesting an extension, you must give ample notice in writing. Extensions are not guaranteed. Please plan ahead - call park office.

For daily and weekly bookings, we are proud to offer a 10% discount to active and retired Military & First Responders.  Sorry, no discount on monthly bookings provided.  Thank you for your service!

For extended stays, all RVs must be 10 years or newer. 

Example: If present date is 2026, your RV must be 2016 or newer.

At time of booking, fee structure is as follows:

Daily & weekly: 100% day of reservation

Monthly:  50% of first months stay - balance due day of check-in.  

SEVEN DAY NOTICE:

Credits and/or refunds require seven-day notice. A $60 processing fee applies to refunds. No fee will be charged for standard rescheduling.  Your park credits are allowed only once without additional admin fees - fees are $60 each time you cancel and reschedule your park credit.

• No Prorating: If you stay for a partial month (e.g., leaving 5 days early), you are still charged the full monthly rate. There is no refund for unused days.

• Anniversary Date = Date of Arrival: Your monthly billing cycle is based on the day you arrive. For example, if you arrive on the 10th, your monthly rent is due on the 10th of every subsequent month.

• Adding Days/Weeks: If you extend your stay beyond the original agreement, the additional days will not be at the discounted monthly rate, but rather at the current daily or weekly rate.

• 30-Day Notification Window: You must notify management at least 30 days in advance to change, adjust, or cancel your reservation.

• No "Running Credit" or "Banked" Days: If you leave before your monthly, weekly, or daily period ends, you cannot use those paid-for, unused days for a future stay. No refunds.

• Seven Day Cancellation Policy: All reservations are subject to our seven-day cancellation policy.

To keep a safe park for your children and pets, please stay within 5-10 mph in the park at all times!

Please notify management ahead of time if you are expecting special delivery. Please note - we do not sign for packages- inform the shipper of our policy.  Daily mail and packages are welcome and are dropped off at the on-site mail center - we do not deliver to your camp site.  

Feel free to fish at the pond! Children must be with an adult - a $10 daily fee applies for non-guests/visitors of the park. 

PLEASE NOTE: Catch and release only, failure to release fish - you be asked to vacate the park.
