Rules and Regulations

1.) Help keep our park clean! No cigarette butts! Throw away all trash you produce.

2.) No loud noise after 10:00 pm. Regarding noise during the day, please be respectful of your neighbors. 

3.) Rent is to be paid on the designated due date. Unless prior arrangements have been made, a 3% late fee may apply.

4.) Campsites must be kept in a neat and orderly fashion at the discretion of management.

5.) If you leave for more than one day, awning must be stowed, chairs put away, etc.

6.) Every time you leave for an extended period, you are asked to shut your water supply off and notify the camp host.

7.) Drive slow and park in designated areas only. Please do not drive on the grass.

8.) Portable hot tubs or swimming pools NOT allowed.

9.) If for ANY any reason local law enforcement need to be dispatched to your camping area due to disturbance, etc. You will be escorted off the property immediately.

10.) No tarps are to be utilized for coverage. Minimal outside storage of a few items is allowed.

11.) All children and pets must be accompanied by an adult at all times throughout the entire property.

12.) All satellite wires must be buried at least 2” in the ground. Please consult with management before digging.

13.) All pets must be harnessed, tethered and under full control of their owners at all times. Pets CANNOT be left unattended. Please clean up after your pets. $50 clean up penalty may apply. Due to reasons of liability, pets deemed to be aggressive breeds will not be allowed on the premises (at owners discretion).
